Madelyn Reilly - Founder; LPC

Madelyn Reilly, LPC and Owner, is a Licensed Professional Counselor with 12 years of experience treating addictions and disordered eating across both outpatient and inpatient settings. She's direct, accountability-focused, and specializes in disordered eating and trauma through a family systems lens. A trained Clinical Supervisor through Temple University, she also supervises her clinical team using that same family systems approach.

Madelyn helps clients process difficult topics so they can build a more fulfilled, joyful life. She creates an empathetic, empowering space grounded in unconditional positive regard, and her ideal client is someone ready for real, concrete change and willing to put in the work to get there.

Her approach is eclectic, drawing on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Family Systems, and Internal Family Systems (IFS). Rather than treating the individual in isolation, Madelyn works with the whole family whenever possible, believing that lasting change takes root when the entire support system is involved.

Madelyn believes deeply in the power that already exists within each person, and considers it a privilege to help clients and their loved ones tap into that power to heal. Her office is warm and inviting — a genuinely safe space to explore even the deepest concerns. She looks forward to connecting with you.

Erika Korenbilt - MA

Erika Korenblit, MA, is a Licensed Associate Professional Counselor who specializes in working with kids under 12, teens, and young adults. She helps clients tackle anxiety, stress, life transitions, self-esteem struggles, relationships, eating disorders, and other emotional or behavioral challenges — and she's especially passionate about helping young people build real confidence and lasting coping skills.

For Erika, therapy should feel like a safe, welcoming space where clients can show up exactly as themselves, no judgment attached. Her style is warm, genuine, and collaborative, and she puts real energy into building trust with every client — teaming up with clients and their families to shape an approach that actually fits, and feels comfortable and meaningful.

She draws on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness, and other evidence-based tools, using creative, age-appropriate activities with kids and open, honest conversation with teens and young adults about identity, relationships, school or work stress, and the many challenges of growing up. She also loves partnering with parents and families to build supportive strategies that work at home.

Sara Fink - MA

Sara is an LAPC who works with children, adolescents, young adults, and adults, with clinical interests including anxiety, depression, stress, self-esteem, ADHD, and life transitions. Her approach draws from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness-based practices, tailored to each client's needs to help them manage stress and regulate emotions.

Sara is known for building genuine, trusting relationships with her clients. She has a particular passion for working with teens and young adults, supporting them through the challenges of adolescence, developing independence, navigating relationships, and finding a sense of identity.

Sara creates a space where clients can slow down, feel understood, and explore what they are experiencing without judgment, fostering a supportive, collaborative environment where every client feels heard. Rather than a one-size-fits-all approach, she gets to know each person and develops strategies that feel realistic and meaningful.

Sara's goal is to help clients feel confident and empowered to move forward.

Our Dietetics Team

Dietetics is a quintessential piece of our practice. Our team of registered dietitians works alongside our therapists to support clients navigating disordered eating, digestive concerns, medical nutrition needs, and their overall relationship with food. All disordered eating referrals are assessed by a member of our dietetics team, ensuring every client receives nutrition-informed care from day one.

Our approach is rooted in body positivity and the belief that all foods fit — there's no good food, bad food, or one-size-fits-all meal plan here. Our dietitians work collaboratively with clients to rebuild trust with their bodies, ease anxiety around eating, and develop sustainable, non-restrictive habits that actually work in real life. Whether someone is healing from an eating disorder, managing a GI or other medical condition, or simply wanting a healthier relationship with food, our team meets clients exactly where they are — no judgment, no diet culture, just compassionate, individualized care.
